How It Works

When uploading media, you can enable Pacing Options to control:

Days Between Publishing: The interval (in days) between each publishing event.
Images Per Publish: The number of images that will be posted in each batch.

Important Note

Enabling Media Pacing will remove the "Publish Now" button, as the publishing schedule is automated. If you need to post media immediately, ensure Media Pacing is turned off.

Example Scenario

Let’s say you uploaded three images—image1.jpg, image2.jpg, and image3.jpg—and set the following scheduling options:

Scheduled Date: October 5, 2024, at 9:00 AM
Days Between Publishing: 1
Images Per Publish: 2

Here’s how the media will be published:

October 5, 2024, at 9:00 AM: Two images (image1.jpg, image2.jpg) will be posted.
October 6, 2024, at 9:00 AM: One image (image3.jpg) will be posted.

The media will appear on your Google Business Profile as scheduled, ensuring a steady flow of content for your audience.

Steps to Enable Media Pacing Options

Go to Local Listings > Media and select Upload Media.
Upload your media files and review the upload order.
Enable the Pacing Options toggle.
Configure the following settings:
- Scheduled Date: Choose the starting date and time for the first batch.
- Days Between Publishing: Enter the desired interval (e.g., 1 day).
- Images Per Publish: Specify the number of images per batch (e.g., 2).
Confirm your settings and complete the upload.

Your media will now be scheduled for publishing based on the pacing options.
